Preprocessor shard to enforce clean living.

The major constituents of the MSG package, msg_st and msg_mt are built from the same source code. To distinguish between the single-threaded and multi- threaded cases, these constituents must be built with either the MSG_ST or the MSG_MT preprocessor symbol defined (respectively). To provide a little insurance, all files that use these macros should include this header file which will abort the compilation if neither macro is defined.
