Unit test for the PBS_crash.

This tests PBS_crash(). On host machines, PBS_crash() merely prints a small amount of information about the crash (reason, PC, stack counter), then exits. However on embedded systems, a reboot command is requested. Because of this, it is advised to run this test as the last in any series of tests.

The test can be run from the command line by typing

   $ test_crash
