unsigned int LCM_messageInitializeEPU (  LCM_Control *  ctl  )

Initialize the LCM message handling subsystem (EPU specific). Parameters: ctl  (in) LCM control block LCM_messageInitializeEPU() builds up the EPU specific facilities for sending messages to CTDB/SSR.
