Defines the parameters controlling the delivery of the closeout message.

float _GRBP_DB_messageScheduleCloseout::timeout

Elapsed time, in seconds, until the closeout message is sent. The elapsed time is defined as the time of first photon in the GRB until the time of the most recent photon. Note that this closeout time is checked before the update times. Therefore, if an update is scheduled to occur after this time, it will can only occur due to passing count threshold
