unsigned int _HFC_DB_calV0::ethreshold

The threshold, expressed in MEV, used to consider a log hit. The test is a greater than or equal test. Typical value would be 50 Mev.

unsigned int _HFC_DB_calV0::nmaxlogs

The maximum number of logs above ethreshold allowed in an one given layer. The test for failure is greater than this value. typically 2.

unsigned int _HFC_DB_calV0::tolerance

Matching tolerance in units of 1/128, if 1 == ~1%
