	Defines the macros used to fill the parameters for the Diagnostic Filter.

	CDM database file for package XFC_DB, constituent dgn_gem_1000.

	Defines a set configuration constants for the Diagnosic Filter that contains the same map as the GEM scheduler as described in LAT-TD-08805. Which is to say, there will be a class for each trigger engine.
