	Bit mask of tems to manipulate.

	PDU id for each TEM (Only valid with PIG_on).

	Bit mask of calorimeter towers to power on or off.

	Bit mask of tracker towers to power on or off.
unsigned	pad0
	Padding - space used for EPU, ACD, PDU, GEM and EBM fields.
