Collections all the control parameters together. These are essentially the interpretted command line options.

const char* _Ctl::iname

The name of the file to process

unsigned int _Ctl::seg_size

File segment read size, defaults to 1/2 Megabyte to emulate the LCB

unsigned int _Ctl::to_process

The number of events to process.

int _Ctl::to_skip

The number of events to initially skip

unsigned int _Ctl::options
