Collections all the control parameters together. These are essentially the interpretted command line options.

EBF_streamType _Ctl::type

The stream type

const char* _Ctl::name

The name of the file or the address of the data section to process

The number of events to process.

int _Ctl::to_skip

The number of events to initially skip.

unsigned int _Ctl::what

Bit mask of what to print, see EDSD_PRINT_M

unsigned int _Ctl::dgn_ids

Bit mask of which contributors will have their diagnostic bits set (left justified, and will likely be 0 or 0xffff, ie, the TEMS)
