      Do an dgn_filter with no arguments for a more complete explanation
      of the parameters.

Parameters:
argc The number of arguments
argv The vector of arguments.
    $ cno_filter  myEventFile.ebf


   

Runs the Heavy Ion (CNO) filter for the specified data set. For usage type cno_filter with no arguments.
