      Do an hfc_filter with no arguments for a more complete explanation
      of the parameters.

Usual entry point for the hfc_filter.

Parameters:
argc The number of arguments
argv The vector of arguments.
    $ filter_hip  myEventFile.ebf


   

Runs the Heavy Ion filter for the specified data set. For usage type filter_hip with no arguments.
