Function Documentation

int QLSM_timetoneExpandV1	(	QLSM_timetone *	timetone,
		const unsigned int *	buf,
		int	len32
	)

Routine to expand the input data into the destination buffer.

Return values:

	0,successful
	-1,bad	length on the input buffer

Parameters:

	timetone	Output buffer
	buf	The unexpanded data
	len32	The length, in longwords, of the unexpanded data.
