int QLSM_ancillaryExpandV1 (  QLSM_ancillary *  ancillary, const unsigned int *  buf, int  len32 )

Routine to check integrity and swap/uncompress input data into a second buffer. Return values: 0,successful  -1,bad  length on the input buffer Parameters: ancillary  The output buffer buf  The unexpanded data len32  The length, in longwords, of the unexpanded data
