QSEC_VERS_ALL_RAW	Version with all data raw.
QSEC_VERS_ORIGINAL	Original compressed version.
QSEC_VERS_FIXED_CAL	Version with fixed CAL compression.
QSEC_VERS_NEW_SCHEME	Version with new compression schemes.
QSEC_VERS_NEWER	Version with newer compression schemes.
