Bit list of descriptors that have a valid (non-zero) result summary data associated with them. MSB corresponds to desriptor 0

QSEP_rsdDsc _QSEP_ctxRsd::dscs[32]

The 32 possible descriptors. The descriptors are indexed by the handler identifier, that is descriptor 0 corresponds to handler 0

unsigned int _QSEP_ctxRsd::state_list

Bit list of descriptors that have a valid state associated with them. In V0, there was no summary state information, so this value is 0. MSB correspoint to descriptor 0
