MSG_attachPrint.c provides the entry point that attaches the MSG print plug-in according to the configuration provided in the CDM database MPP_DB.

Attach the printing output processor to MSG. MSG_printAttach() attaches the printing plug-in to the MSG system, with print options selected by the configuration database MPP_DB.
