void TRD_testRowDataCreate	(	TRD_TestRowData *	dat,
		unsigned int	rdx,
		unsigned int	max
	)

A completely deterministic row template filler.

Parameters:

	dat	(in) Row creation template
	rdx	(in) Row index (determines all content)
	max	(in) (boolean) Fill the row "maximally"
